Links from Brightspace do not work
If you have trouble accessing library links from Brightspace, open support item on MySupport.
Your account dosn't allow you to access the resources
This message indicates that your account rights do not allow you to access this resource.
If you think this is a mistake, please contact the library.
Firefox changes a URL unexpectedly
1. Empty the browser's caches and close all open tabs.
2. If the problem persists, try another browser.
3. If the problem still persists, please contact the library.

Our site is optimized for Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers.
We do not recommend the use of Edge, which could affect the performance of the site.
Avoid the use of adblocks
If you have installed an extension to block pop-ups and pop-up ads (e.g. Adblock, Adlock) we recommend that you disable it when browsing our site.
An Adblock can prevent the main menu of the library site from being displayed.
Clear your caches
Remember to regularly clean the cookies deposited by sites in your browser. You may not think about it, but your browser accumulates hundreds of them! A good cleaning allows a more efficient navigation.
